Marketplace Seller Terms
These Marketplace Seller Terms supplement the WingVoyagers Terms & Conditions. If these Seller Terms conflict with the general Terms for seller activity, these Seller Terms control for that activity.
1) Seller Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to sell or offer gear, services, or marketplace items.
- You must provide accurate identity, business, contact, tax, and verification information when requested.
- If reseller verification is required, you may not list items until WingVoyagers grants seller access.
- Verification is discretionary and may be denied, suspended, or revoked at any time for safety, fraud, legal, inactivity, or policy reasons.
2) Listing Accuracy and Safety
- Listings must be truthful, current, complete, and not misleading.
- You must disclose condition, age, usage, repairs, damage, alterations, missing parts, reserve repack status where relevant, serial numbers where appropriate, recalls, prior incidents known to you, and any known safety issue.
- You must own the item or have the legal right to sell it, and you must be able to transfer clear title or lawful possession to the buyer.
- You may not list stolen, counterfeit, recalled, illegal, materially unsafe, embargoed, or carrier-prohibited items.
- Safety-critical aviation gear should be inspected by qualified professionals before use. You may not imply that WingVoyagers inspected, certified, or approved the item.
3) Current Marketplace Status
WingVoyagers currently provides listing, discovery, messaging, and reputation tools. WingVoyagers does not currently process seller payments, provide escrow, arrange shipping, guarantee buyers, guarantee sellers, provide buyer/seller protection, or issue marketplace payouts unless a future checkout flow expressly says so.
4) Future Checkout, Stripe, and Payouts
- WingVoyagers may introduce in-app checkout, third-party payment processing, seller onboarding, tax tools, or payouts later.
- If Stripe or another processor is introduced, sellers may need to accept processor terms, complete identity and business verification, provide tax information, and satisfy risk reviews before receiving payouts.
- Future payouts may be subject to processor fees, platform fees, taxes, reserves, holds, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, negative balances, fraud reviews, and compliance checks.
- Payment availability, payout timing, supported countries, and processor requirements may change without notice.
5) Shipping, Delivery, and Local Pickup
- You are responsible for packaging, shipping, insurance, tracking, delivery communication, local pickup safety, and carrier compliance.
- If you promise a shipping time, you must have a reasonable basis for that promise and ship within that time.
- If no shipping time is stated for a prepaid online order, you must be prepared to ship within the legally required default period, including the U.S. online-order default where it applies.
- If you cannot ship on time, you must notify the buyer, provide any legally required delay option, and promptly cancel and refund when required by law or accepted seller policy.
- You may not ship items in violation of carrier restrictions, hazardous materials rules, export controls, sanctions, or local law.
6) Returns, Refunds, Recalls, and Disputes
- You must clearly state any seller return policy where a feature allows it.
- Your return policy cannot override mandatory consumer, warranty, recall, misrepresentation, non-delivery, defective-goods, or safety rights.
- If an item is materially misdescribed, unsafe, defective, recalled, counterfeit, stolen, not delivered, or unlawfully sold, you are responsible for appropriate remedies required by law.
- You must cooperate with WingVoyagers, buyers, payment processors, carriers, and authorities when fraud, safety, recall, or legal issues are reported.
7) Taxes and Legal Compliance
- You are responsible for licenses, permits, taxes, duties, customs, consumer disclosures, export controls, sanctions, product-safety rules, and recordkeeping that apply to your sales.
- You may not use WingVoyagers to evade tax, customs, safety, licensing, or consumer-protection obligations.
- You must provide forms, invoices, receipts, or other transaction documentation when required by law or by a future checkout provider.
8) Enforcement
WingVoyagers may remove listings, restrict seller tools, suspend or revoke verification, hold content for review, notify affected users, preserve evidence, or contact authorities when we believe a seller, listing, transaction, or item creates safety, fraud, legal, marketplace, or platform risk.
9) Seller Indemnity
Sellers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WingVoyagers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from seller listings, products, services, transactions, shipping, taxes, recalls, chargebacks, refunds, safety issues, legal violations, misrepresentation, or disputes with buyers or third parties.
