Marketplace Purchase Terms

Effective: September 8, 2026 · Version: marketplace-purchase-v5

These Marketplace Purchase Terms ("Purchase Terms") apply when you affirmatively accept them for a Stripe-powered WingVoyagers marketplace order. They supplement the WingVoyagers Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated into these Purchase Terms.

The identified seller—not WingVoyagers—is the seller, merchant of record, and your contracting party. You pay no WingVoyagers buyer platform fee.

The initial Stripe-powered feature is limited to genuinely used goods. A seller may not offer a new, unused, unopened, or new-old-stock item through this checkout.

1) Your Order and the Seller

The listing and checkout identify the seller and the item you are purchasing. WingVoyagers listings, checkout review, and order pages display the seller's name and city, state, and country. The seller's street address and ZIP code are hidden on those pages. Stripe separately controls seller support details, which may include an address, shown on its hosted Checkout and receipts. WingVoyagers retains the complete Stripe identity and address in protected internal records for verification, compliance, and transaction administration, and preserves the buyer-visible seller details with the order. For Stripe-powered checkout under this version, that seller—not WingVoyagers—is responsible for the item's ownership, authenticity, condition, description, safety, warranties, fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, recalls, and legal compliance. WingVoyagers provides the marketplace and checkout connection but does not take title to or possession of the item.

By selecting checkout, accepting the displayed order terms, and submitting payment, you offer to buy the identified item from the identified seller. The sale contract forms when Stripe confirms successful payment and WingVoyagers records the order as paid, subject to any cancellation, return, or refund required by the accepted order terms or applicable law.

2) Price and Stripe Payment

Before you continue to Stripe, WingVoyagers displays the item subtotal, the separately stated shipping charge, the seller's return policy, and the available checkout total. You pay the item subtotal, the displayed shipping charge, and any applicable tax that checkout calculates and displays. WingVoyagers does not add a buyer platform fee. The seller separately pays WingVoyagers' platform fee and Stripe's applicable processing and other fees.

The order identifies its payment model. A direct-charge order is processed on the seller's connected Stripe account. An eligible platform-processed order is collected through WingVoyagers' Stripe account on behalf of the identified seller, with the Purchase Protection provisions in Section 6A. Stripe's payment fields and its applicable terms and privacy notice govern the payment information you submit directly to Stripe. A payment authorization, receipt, or expected payout is not an escrow service or a promise that a transaction cannot later be refunded, reversed, or disputed.

3) Shipping and Delivery

The seller is responsible for packing, shipping, tracking, delivery, and complying with carrier and hazardous-material rules. If the listing or order states a shipment time, the seller must have a reasonable basis for it. If no shipment time is stated, the seller must ship within 30 days after the completed order unless a different period is permitted by law. If the seller cannot ship on time, the seller must obtain any legally required consent to the delay or promptly cancel and provide a full refund.

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and promptly respond to reasonable delivery questions. Title and risk of loss are determined by the accepted order terms and applicable law; nothing in these Purchase Terms transfers either earlier than the law permits or excuses the seller's duties for nondelivery, damage caused by inadequate packing, or shipment of prohibited materials.

4) Inspection, Aviation Safety, and No Platform Guarantee

WingVoyagers does not inspect, test, certify, authenticate, warehouse, pack, repair, install, or determine the airworthiness or suitability of marketplace items. WingVoyagers does not provide escrow, insurance, or a general buyer-protection guarantee. A seller badge, Stripe account status, listing review, or marketplace feature is not an endorsement or a safety or airworthiness determination.

Used aviation and flight equipment can cause serious injury or death if it is damaged, counterfeit, recalled, life-expired, incorrectly configured, or unsuitable for the pilot or installation. Before use, obtain the records and independent inspection appropriate for the equipment from a qualified person, follow manufacturer instructions and safety notices, and do not rely on a listing or payment screen as a substitute for professional inspection or training.

5) Listing Statements and Seller Obligations

The seller is responsible for listing facts, photographs, promises, warnings, return commitments, and other statements the seller makes. Those statements may create legally enforceable seller warranties. WingVoyagers does not adopt a seller's claim as its own warranty. Report suspected stolen, counterfeit, recalled, materially unsafe, or seriously misdescribed goods to contact@wingvoyagers.com.

6) Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

The exact seller return policy displayed before you accept the order is part of your sale contract with that seller and is preserved with the order. A seller cannot replace it after payment or impose an undisclosed restocking, handling, or return-shipping charge. If the displayed policy allows a return within seven days after delivery, you must request it within that period and ordinarily pay return shipping as the displayed policy states. If the displayed policy is final sale, it does not provide a discretionary change-of-mind return.

No displayed policy, including final sale, limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including rights that may apply to nondelivery, material misdescription, fraud, counterfeit or stolen goods, recalls, or mandatory warranties and remedies. Approved refunds ordinarily return through Stripe to the original payment method; if that is unavailable, a lawful alternative must be arranged. Financial institutions control when the credit appears. The seller remains responsible for legally required refunds even after payout or account closure.

6A) WingVoyagers Purchase Protection for Eligible Platform Orders

This section applies only when checkout expressly includes WingVoyagers Purchase Protection for a platform-processed order. The policy, listing disclosures, seller return policy and deadlines saved with that order apply. It does not add new protection or seller reserves to an earlier direct-charge order or an off-platform payment. Feature availability depends on the required setup; these Terms do not enable checkout or promise protection for an ineligible transaction.

Payment and fulfillment. WingVoyagers arranges Stripe payment on behalf of the identified seller as the seller's limited payment-collection agent. A payment received through that arrangement satisfies your payment obligation to the seller for that amount. A delayed seller transfer, reserve or unsuccessful seller-bank recovery does not require you to pay again. The seller remains responsible for the goods and fulfillment; WingVoyagers administers the disclosed claim and payment process and remains responsible for its own legal duties.

The initial payout trigger shown and saved with your order controls. Under the temporary tracking-submission policy, the seller's initial net proceeds less a reserve may become eligible for transfer after supported carrier and tracking details are submitted and linked to the order, before independent carrier proof of physical acceptance or delivery. A linked tracking record does not prove shipment, ownership of the shipment, or delivery. Under the carrier-acceptance policy, verified physical carrier acceptance is required; a label or tracking submission alone does not qualify. Both policies remain subject to payment verification, risk and shipment-ownership review, an authorized recovery bank, and applicable claim or payout holds. Proceeds may be transferred before delivery or the end of your claim window. The seller reserve becomes eligible for release 14 days after confirmed delivery, subject to applicable holds. Tracking submission or an acceptance scan does not establish delivery or start your 72-hour Purchase Protection window or the seller's reserve clock. Those seller-payment milestones do not limit an approved refund or change your separate legal and payment-dispute rights. Earlier orders retain their saved payout and reserve terms.

The seller must ship within seven calendar days after confirmed payment and respond to a claim within 48 hours after your request, as recorded on the order. Legally required shipping-delay notices, consent and cancellation options still apply. If you cancel before shipment, or the seller fails to ship within the required period, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, including shipping and applicable refundable sales tax. Any actual processing fee retained on that pre-shipment cancellation is the seller's responsibility and is not subtracted from your refund.

Covered problems and evidence. Report non-delivery, the wrong item, material differences from the saved listing, undisclosed significant damage or shipping damage through the order's claim tools or contact@wingvoyagers.com. Preserve the item, packaging, photos, messages and tracking where relevant and safe. The review compares what arrived with the seller's listing and condition disclosures; it is not an equipment inspection or safety or airworthiness certification. Disclosed wear, preference or fit issues, and buyer-caused damage do not alone qualify; any longer or more favorable seller return policy remains applicable.

Purchase Protection deadline: 72 hours after confirmed delivery. You must open your WingVoyagers Purchase Protection claim within 72 elapsed hours after confirmed delivery, by the deadline shown on the order. After that deadline, we do not accept new claims under this voluntary program or grant discretionary extensions. A claim opened within the window may continue through evidence, review, an approved return and resolution afterward. The order shows the delivery record; promptly report inaccurate delivery information or problems accessing the claim tools.

Separate rights. The 72-hour Purchase Protection deadline does not shorten statutory consumer or warranty rights, lawful payment-dispute or chargeback deadlines, fraud or non-delivery remedies, or a longer return period separately promised by the seller. Those are separate legal or seller-policy processes, not an extension of WingVoyagers Purchase Protection. You do not waive those rights by letting 72 hours pass, marking delivery, or participating in our review. A refund required by law is not conditional on meeting this voluntary protection-process deadline.

Returns and refunds. Follow approved return instructions and use the specified tracked method; a return refund ordinarily follows confirmed return delivery unless law or the approved remedy requires earlier action. The seller pays return shipping for seller-caused failures. No return is required for an item you never received. Contact support before sending goods suspected to be counterfeit, stolen, hazardous or unsafe; do not ship anything unlawfully. We may request proportionate evidence for a timely claim or a separate legal or seller-policy remedy. Refunds required by the FTC merchandise-order rule on covered orders must be sent within seven working days after entitlement arises under that Rule, or any shorter applicable deadline. Legally required refunds must be made promptly and cannot await seller recovery or expiry of a reserve. Approved refunds ordinarily go to the original payment method through Stripe; if that is unavailable, a lawful alternative must be arranged. Bank posting times are separate from refund initiation.

Seller reserves are a way of managing seller proceeds, not a cap on your refund, an extra buyer fee, an insurance policy or a guarantee that every claim qualifies. A seller's insufficient balance or failed collection does not reduce an approved refund. Contact support to request review of a claim decision with additional evidence. That review does not prevent a lawful bank or card dispute or extend the bank's filing deadline. You must not obtain or retain duplicate recovery for the same loss; disclose any completed refund or overlapping dispute so it can be reconciled.

7) Problems, Support, and Chargebacks

When safe and practical, contact the seller through WingVoyagers and preserve the listing, messages, tracking, photographs, and other order evidence. You may also contact contact@wingvoyagers.com for the available marketplace support process. A WingVoyagers support review is not insurance, arbitration, or a promise of recovery and does not replace the seller's responsibilities.

Nothing in these Purchase Terms restricts a lawful payment dispute or chargeback right. Stripe, the card network, or your financial institution controls its own dispute process and may request evidence. You must not obtain or retain double recovery for the same loss—for example, both a completed seller refund and a successful chargeback.

8) Buyer Conduct

  • Provide truthful account, order, payment, and delivery information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use.
  • Do not use checkout for fraud, sanctions evasion, unlawful export, prohibited goods, payment testing, resale deception, or any transaction prohibited by Stripe or applicable law.
  • Do not send card, bank, government-identification, or other sensitive financial information through marketplace messages.
  • Do not knowingly make a false nondelivery, return, refund, safety, or chargeback claim.

9) Taxes and Other Charges

You are responsible for buyer taxes, duties, or legally imposed charges not collected at checkout when applicable law places them on you. WingVoyagers, Stripe, or the seller may calculate, collect, adjust, refund, report, or remit taxes where legally required. No allocation in these Purchase Terms transfers a statutory tax duty away from the party on whom the law imposes it.

10) Marketplace Purchase Data

WingVoyagers and Stripe process order, contact, delivery, payment status, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, and compliance information as described in the WingVoyagers Privacy Policy and Stripe Privacy Center. WingVoyagers may provide the seller the buyer name, delivery address, contact details, order details, and support information reasonably needed to fulfill and administer the sale. The seller may use that information only for fulfillment, support, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or another purpose the buyer separately authorizes.

11) Relationship to the General Terms

The general Terms govern eligibility, acceptable use, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, governing law, account enforcement, and other matters not addressed here. These Purchase Terms control for a conflict concerning a Stripe-powered purchase. The identified seller, item, price, shipping charge, and return policy displayed for and preserved with the order control over a different generic description of those order-specific facts. Nothing in these Purchase Terms waives a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

12) Changes and Contact

The version you affirmatively accept is the version that applies to that order. Material changes apply prospectively after notice and any fresh acceptance required by law; they do not replace an accepted order's seller, item, price, shipping charge, or return policy.
