Child Safety Standards
WingVoyagers Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Effective Date: June 25, 2026
Publisher: WingVoyagers LLC ("WingVoyagers," "we," "us," or "our").
Child safety contact: [email protected]
1) Scope
These standards apply to WingVoyagers websites, mobile apps, community features, messages, groups, trainer tools, events, marketplace listings, media uploads, and related services. They are published for users, reviewers, app stores, and safety partners to understand how WingVoyagers addresses child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
WingVoyagers is intended for adults 18 and older, but these child safety standards apply regardless of whether a reported account, content item, message, or interaction involves a registered user, guest-facing surface, or attempted misuse of the Services.
2) Zero-Tolerance CSAE Standard
WingVoyagers prohibits CSAE. Users may not create, upload, store, share, request, promote, facilitate, threaten, or normalize any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or targets a child.
Prohibited content and behavior includes, without limitation:
- Any CSAM or attempted sharing, solicitation, or distribution of CSAM.
- Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, coercion, enticement, or attempts to move a child into sexual contact or exploitation.
- Sexualized comments, roleplay, imagery, requests, or fantasies involving minors or people represented as minors.
- Instructions, links, coded language, groups, transactions, or marketplace activity intended to enable CSAE or evade detection.
- Threats, blackmail, harassment, doxxing, or intimidation connected to a child safety concern or report.
3) Reporting and In-App Feedback
Users can report suspected illegal content, CSAE, CSAM, grooming, harassment, unsafe conduct, fraud, or other policy violations using in-app report or block tools where available, including on social, profile, message, group, and marketplace surfaces. Users can also email child safety concerns to [email protected].
Reports should include the account, content, listing, message, profile, group, event, or URL involved and a short explanation. If a child appears to be in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services first.
4) Review and Enforcement
WingVoyagers may review reported content, accounts, messages, listings, media, and activity using human review, automated tools, abuse signals, trusted reports, and account history. We may remove content, hold content for review, reduce visibility, disable uploads or messaging, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, notify affected users where appropriate, and cooperate with app stores, safety organizations, or authorities when legally required or necessary to protect users.
Severe or credible CSAE reports receive priority review. Repeat or serious violations may result in permanent account removal and restrictions on related accounts, devices, or identifiers where technically and legally appropriate.
5) CSAM Response and Legal Compliance
If WingVoyagers obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or credible CSAE activity on the Services, we will take appropriate action under these standards and applicable law. That may include removing or disabling access to the material, restricting the account, preserving relevant evidence, and making required reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or the relevant regional authority.
We do not permit users to use WingVoyagers to store, transmit, advertise, trade, or coordinate CSAM or CSAE. We may also remove content or disable accounts when safety, legal, or abuse-prevention risks are present even if a final legal determination has not been made.
6) Related Policies and Updates
These standards work together with the WingVoyagers Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. We may update these standards as the product, law, or app-store safety requirements change. Material updates will be published on this page or communicated through the Services where appropriate.
