Current paragliding discovery material identifies an unregulated Koko Head PG area approached by a steep paved trail that passes an FAA VORTAC installation. The surrounding Koko Head Regional Park is public, but the VORTAC compound and any signed, fenced, leased, or closed facilities are not. Verify current City park access and remain entirely on open public routes.
