Possibilities of long distance flights. Easy pilot pick up along the highways.
Turbulence around the take-off when the wind is coming from the right (east wind). With such wind it is better not to turn right inmediately after launching, but rather fly straight away from the ridge or left.
Official landing site on pasture fields on the bottom of the hill, circa 8 miles from the ramp. Many landing options along the roads, making XC flights pilots pick-up very easy.
