  • Approximately 80-foot training hill with normal wind about 0-10 mph
  • Above about 10-12 mph blowback and turbulence become significant
  • Water level, exposed trails, mud and other recreation users change the usable area
  • P2/M1 or supervised P1 is the published level

West through northwest training face, approximately 230-300 degrees. Open year-round subject to water level, county restrictions and the no-vehicle rule.

Navigation warning
Park at the old Highway 99 informal-ramp lot and walk from the trail by the north-end vault toilet. Driving beyond the parking area is prohibited and may result in citation.
