The site record says park permission is fragile and requires a flight introduction from a current local pilot before use. That repeatable local-introduction/site-briefing path is shown as club/contract access, not red discretionary authorization. Check the official park page for closures and obtain the current local social-group briefing, launch/LZ boundaries, pedestrian controls, and nearby-airspace procedure before every flight.
