Chicago Paragliding currently publishes a Cullom address and offers both PG and PPG instruction. The ParaglidingEarth record describes road towing on the rural grid near Cullom, with the usable tow road selected for wind direction. Contact and book with Chicago Paragliding for the current lawful tow segment, field, meeting point, and crew; the stored point is not walk-in permission.

Road towing requires an organized qualified crew, safe tow equipment, traffic control, landholder or road-use authority, and the operator's current procedure; an open-looking road is not authorization.
The published Chicago Paragliding paramotor course is for pilots who already hold at least a P2 and requires the student's own equipment and motor purchased through the operator.
Do not substitute Enjoy Field, any airport or airfield, or an airport-dependent landing zone for the operator-designated non-airport operation.
Recheck the actual operating point for airspace, NOTAMs, TFRs, obstacles, crops, livestock, surface condition, traffic, weather, and emergency landing options before each session.

The legacy record says the road grid offers north-south and east-west segments and can be used for any wind direction. These are possible tow alignments, not eight guaranteed takeoff headings at the stored point; the current crew must select and inspect the actual segment.

The source describes flatland winch or road towing with thermal and soaring potential. Tow-line management, release procedures, weak-link/equipment checks, traffic separation, and an unobstructed abort path require a qualified tow team.
