Rare ideal wind conditions; place and routes almost unknown to pilots, besides landing spot too far from the ramp. Several landing options. Even though it’s easy to land on the farm right below the ramp, hard walk back to the top, Is usually made under wind conditions that allow top landing, since the landing area below is over 80 miles away from the ramp, making the pick-up very slow.
